All parcels will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 14:00. Next working day on all orders after, we will try and get as many orders that are made after this time out but can’t guarantee it. Friday orders will be dispatched on Monday. Due to the amount of deliveries being sent, if you require anything added to your order please ring the store on 01633 619499 and we will try and help as best we can.
In the rare event that we don’t have your item in stock you will be contacted either by phone or email to advise you of this and to give you an estimated time when we will have it back in stock.
All parcels over 1.5kg will be sent via our delivery firm, Fast way couriers and you will be provided with a tracking number upon request. Smaller items will be posted first class recorded from the Post Office.
Once your parcel has been sent.
You will receive an email to confirm your parcel has been shipped. Most Parcels will get to you next working day, in the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t turn up next day please get in touch and we can chase up your parcel.
