Ingredients:

Xanthan (Texturiser) Stabiliser (Citric Acid), Natural & Identical Flavouring, Natural Colourings, Stabilisers (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Di Sodium Phosphate, Contains natural Sweetner: Sucralose

Add 1.5 scoops to a shaker or blender with 450ml of skimmed milk or water, 2-3 times a day or as required.

just wanted to comment on how quick the delivery was, i placed my order yesterday at 13.10 and the package arived today at 13.30. that is without doubt the fastest delivery time ive every recieved which makes it even more convient than going to a shop. if the product is half as good it will be awesom.

Best tasting supplement I have tasted I have banana and it is lovely just like normal milk shake. Good amount of protein and cals. The JBC team are very helpful when I was asking about products and delivery is very fast.
