Terms & Conditions
Placing Your Order
Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout. You can pay for your order by credit or debit card or by mailing in your payment (e.g. cheque or postal order). If you choose to mail in your payment your order will not be processed until we are in receipt of your cheque or postal order. Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. As we process and ship your order you will receive further e-mails explaining your order status.
Should your order contain products that are out of stock, we will notify you of this with an approximate waiting time. At all times until despatch you have the right to cancel all or part of your order.
Your goods will be despatched in good time so long as the items are in stock and depending upon the shipping service selected should be with you 1-4 days from despatch. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery and please note that estimated shipping times are from date of despatch not from the placement of the order.
Order Errors
Should there be an error with your order we require that you notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange collection of the incorrect order (or in the case of light items we may request you to optionally post them to us, in which case we will refund your postage costs). Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once our courier has collected the parcel, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service, usually with some free samples subject to availability to make up for any delay endured.
Shipping Destinations
If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship to that country. If this is the case, please send us a request and we will look into shipping to your country. Please do not place an order for an unlisted country without asking us first, as these incur us transaction fees for the payments you make. If you do this, then we will have to issue a refund, which will be minus the transaction fee incurred.

Returning Items
In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, please first contact us and explain the situation. We will then advise you whether to return the goods to ourselves or the manufacturer depending upon the problem. We accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We do not however, accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.
We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
Clearance items as stated in the product description are non refundable and non returnable, upon purchase the customer agrees to this condition and exception of the clearance item from the returns policy.

That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time JBC sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded with the laws of England, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and JBC irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
