How much does delivery cost?
The cost of deliveries varies by location & method. Our next day UK delivery fee is £3.99, our 2-3 day service is £1.50 but all orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on what service you choose, our UK next day delivery is usually there next day, although sometimes Dpd do encounter problems which can delay the service. Our 2-3 day service is just that, 2-3 days.
Can I change any details after the order has been placed?
Due to the volume of orders we deal with its very difficult to amend any details after the order has been placed. If you contact us to change any details we will try our best to make these changes but we can’t promise we will be able to but we will try our best.
Can I use more than one discount code on a single order?
Only 1 discount code can be used per order. If more than 1 code is applied the the code offering the larger discount will usually take priority but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct code is used.
Can I use discount codes on products that are on offer?
We always try to offer the best deals and prices so unfortunately discount codes can’t be used on items that are already discounted.
Who will deliver my order?
We use Dpd for our deliveries and a signature will be required.You will also get an email from Dpd with delivery information and tracking details.
What if I want to return my order?
In the unlikely event you want to return your items, please get in touch with our Customer Support team at CS@Jbc-nutrition.co.uk within 14 days of purchasing your items. They must be unopened and in the same condition you received them. We will not be able to refund any items that have been opened sorry. Unfortunately we won’t be able to refund the cost of the return postage.
Will I be updated when my order is dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you have placed your order. When our couriers pick up your order, you will receive a dispatch notice email. You should get an email update from Dpd containing tracking and delivery time information.
