Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

What you need:

2 egg white
1 whole egg
2.5 scoops of JBC Scottish oats
2 heaped table spoons of Meridian Crunch peanut butter
1 scoop of JBC Vanilla Whey
1 table spoon of unsweetened apple sauce
2 table spoons Splenda

(optional) handful of unsweetened dark chocolate chips.

How to make them:

Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix all together (it does go quite sticky) divide into cookie size shapes. Pop on baking tray in pre heated oven at 180 deg for around 8-10 minutes. Eat warm or let them cool down to go crunchy.
