Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop of ISO Whey chocolate flavour.
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda*
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ cup 
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ⅓ cup Liquid Sweetener (such as Honey or Agave)
  • 2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Frosting:
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt.
  • Sweetener, if desired
  • (Optional) 3 tbsp. Nuts N More Chocolate Peanut Butter

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line an 8x8in baking pan with parchment paper
  3. Combine all brownie ingredients
  4. Pour batter into pan
  5. Bake for ~25 minutes (do not overbake)
  6. Remove brownies from oven and allow brownies to cool
  7. While brownies are cooling, mix together all frosting ingredients
  8. Once brownies are fully cooled, frost
  9. Drizzle with chocolate peanut butter
  10. Enjoy!
