Healthy Chocolate Protein Bites
Ingredients:
- 120g Unsweetened dates
- 80g Hazelnuts
- 20g Pecans
- 20g Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Desiccated coconut
- 30g Chocolate Protein powder
Method:
- Soak dates for 20 minutes before blending.
- Add all ingredients apart from the coconut into a blender.
- Roll into balls.
- Sprinkle coconut onto a tray and roll them around until covered.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
